Lesson structure

Every lesson lasts 30 minutes and has a very considerate structure:

Hello song   This song will always be a symbol of your lesson beginning. It’s a very important part because it gives the opportunity to gain children’s attention.
Small talk   This part is essential for every lesson. You are to find out how the children feel and get the idea of their mood. The phrases for small talks can be found in lesson plans.
Games   Games are absolutely vital for pre-school children. In chapter 5 you will find a wide range of games that can be implied in the lesson. A lot of games are in lesson plans either.
Songs and TPR movements   No lesson can be held without any song at all. Songs are fun and kids love them. For teachers they are a great tool of practicing pronunciation and vocabulary. Don’t forget to implement TPR movements. They help children to remember words quicker and better and they are lots of fun!
Working with Pupil’s book Pupil’s book is a very well-structured bright and colourful tool for learning English. Children love the pictures and characters of the course. They will enjoy working with it.
Working with Activity book   The activity book is black and white. It helps to review the language and develop children’s imagination (when they are to colour the picture) and fine and gross motor skills (when they are to trace or connect the dots)
Handcraft activities   Handcrafts are important for the children’s development. With the help of handcrafts we build children’s imagination, fine and gross motor skills, team work and cooperation.
Goodbye song   It’s a symbol that you should say goodbye to your young students and they should say bye to you.
