ESSAY QUESTION
In January Ben married Flora. Flora now says that she only went through the marriage ceremony because Ben had said that he would commit suicide if she did not marry him. They had sexual relations before the marriage but have not engaged in sexual relations since the marriage because Flora has refused to have sexual intercourse unless Ben wears a condom and he refuses to do that. In any event Flora says that she finds Ben repulsive and would not want to have sex with him anyway. Flora wishes to annul the marriage. Can she?
