The peculiarities of voluntary control of the highest mental functions related to the charecter of interhemispher-ic interrelation on the level of the highest regulational brain systems and regulation dynamics upon difficult conditions of activity in people with slight minimum brain dysfunction (MBD) are considered. The main characteristics of neuropsychological syndrome are the measure of left hemisphere dominance and it changes upon difficult conditions of activity as well as possibilities of voluntary acceleration of right of left hand working (which reflect the peculiarities of processes of interhemispheric integration on the level of the highest regulational brain systems). The possibilities to apply these parameters to describe voluntary regulation of mental activity in different activity conditions in people with different minimum brain dysfunction and as an index of adaptive possibilities of central nervous system are discussed.

Key words: minimium brain dysfunction, voluntary regulation of the highest mental functions, left hemisphere dominance, voluntary acceleration, interhemispheric integration, neuropsychological criteria.
