Force majeure

11.1. Should any circumstances arise which prevent full or partial fulfillment of the obligations for any of the Parties under this Contract, namely: fire, acts of the elements, military operations of any kind, blockade, decisions of the state organs, forbidding exports or imports, the time periods of fulfilling the obligations is moved proportionate to time during which these circumstances last.

11.2. If those circumstances last more than _____ months, each of the Parties will be entitled to stop further fulfillment of its obligations in the Contract and in that case neither Party will be entitled to the losses to be made up by the other Party.

11.3. The Party, unable to fulfill additional obligations in the Contract, should immediately inform the other Party about setting in or termination of the circumstances preventing the fulfillment of those obligations. The valid proof for the presence and duration of the above circumstances will be provided by the document issued correspondingly by the Chamber of Commerce of the Supplier's country or that of the Buyer.
