— Right... I'll try to catch him on the pager.

— Tomlin speaking.

— Hallo, Martin Ross here. You asked me to call you when I
was back home.

— Oh, Martin, good to hear from you. You must be phoning
about our equipment.

— Exactly. The thing is I'll be in Copenhagen next week. I
wonder if we could meet and...

— Oh yes. We remember your enquiry.

— Is it OK if I come to your place during my visit?

— Sure. Is the beginning of next week convenient for you?

— Well, yes. I'm arriving on Monday, that's the 9th of June.
Tuesday will be all right, I think. What time would you prefer?
Shall we say at 11.30?

—Let me see... Afraid I'm engaged till afternoon. How about 14.30?

— That suits me perfectly.

— And Martin, I don't think you know how to get to our of­
fices, do you? Shall I pick you up at about a quarter past two?
And I'll show you round our works and we can work out the
terms of our contract then.

Worldwide Flowers, Ltd., Amsterdam hereinafter referred to as the "Seller" on the¹ one-part and Jardin Compagnie,France hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer" on the other part, have concluded the present Contract for the following.

1.1. The Seller has sold and the Buyer has bought on terms GIF Cherbourg,_ France the goods in full conformity with the Specifications attached to the present Contract.

 

Prices and Total Value

2.1. The total value of the present Contract amounts 27485 (twenty seven thousand four hundred and eighty five) .

2.2.The prices per item are specified in Appendices
Nos2, 3.

2.3.The prices are firm and subject to no alteration.

2.4.The prices for the goods are fixed in Euro and are understood CIF Cherbourg, France or in accordance with our basic conditions of delivery, including the cost of packing, marking and other delivery expenses.
