Exercise 2. In the second partthe author speaks about the novelties in the SEG Apartment Tower design, such as: the glass-roofed entrance, the spacious lobby, the "climatic facade", the upper-floor terraced gardens, the glass façade, the “sky lobby”. Use the text to give more detailed information about these peculiarities.
