5. Subject clauses
In subject clause after a principal clause of the type It is necessary, It is important etc. the Present Suppositional or Subjunctive I is used.
e.g. It is ( was) important that he (Áóëî) íåîáõ³äíî, ùîá â³í

6.Attributive clauses
The Subjunctive Mood is also used in attributive clauses modifying the noun “time” in the principal clause It is time…, It is high time… . In this case the Present Subjunctive II is used.
e.g. It is time you stopped doing that. ×àñ áè éîìó ïðèïèíèòè öå ðîáèòè.
It is time he were here. ×àñ áè âæå éîìó áóòè òóò.
