The main parts of the aircraft.
The main parts of the aircraft are: fuselage, engines, wings, tail unit and landing gear. The fuselage is the body of the airplane. It houses the crew, passengers, controls, equipment, baggage, mail and cargo. The fuselage is divided into several cabins. A nose cabin is a cockpit. Passenger cabin accommodates passengers. The rear part of the fuselage is called a baggage compartment. It is designed for cargo.
The wings are the main lifting surfaces which support the aircraft in flight. The tail unit provides the necessary stability in flight. The undercarriage is used during taxiing of the airplane on the ground during take off and landing. The retractable landing gear is retracted in flight into the fuselage structure.

SAFETY INSTRUCTION CARD FOR EXIT ROW SEATS
Civil aviation regulations require all passengers seated at the emergency exits be given safety briefing on exit procedures before take-off.
Sitting in an exit row seat requires you to assist the cabin crew in case of an emergency. You must be able to perform the following instructions:
1.Recognize the emergency exit opening mechanism
2.Follow oral commands and hand signals given by a crew member

IN – FLIGHT DUTY – FREE SALES
During the flight passengers can purchase for currency and major credit cards duty – free goods. The cabin attendants must make an announcement to inform passengers about the goods which will be available on sale. Passengers have a good chance to purchase perfume and cosmetics, such as lotions, lipsticks, mascara, skin – care kits, moisturizing cream, nail polish, also gold and silver plated jewellery, such as earrings, bracelets, rings, brooches, chains, necklaces, pendants. Passengers can also choose travel alarm clocks, pens, spirits in bottles, famous bar milk chocolate with honey and almond nuts, Ferrero Rocher chocolates with hazel nuts, cartons of cigarettes, souvenirs and accessories, such as wallets, passport holders, business card holders, belts, sunglasses, pure silk ties with different patterns, silk scarves and other items.

MEDICAL EXAMINATION
All the flying personnel must pass a medical examination to prolong a flying licence. The doctor first examines you in general. A thermometer is put in your armpit. The temperature is normal. He listens to your heart and lungs and checks your blood pressure. Then the doctor examines your eyes and ears. You open your mouth and show your tongue.
When there is nothing to worry about and you are quite all right you are given a certificate. Periodically you are given inoculations for yellow fever, smallpox, plague, cholera or any other infectious diseases.
